1. Sponsor

The Audi Pasadena Monthly Photo Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Audi Pasadena, a dealership operated by Rusnak Auto Group (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs on a monthly basis. Each entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (PST).

4. How to Enter

To enter:

• Take a photo of yourself with your Audi vehicle.
• Post the photo to your public Instagram account during the applicable Contest period.
• Include the hashtag #RusnakAudiVIP in your caption.

Your Instagram account must be set to public for the duration of the Contest period and winner selection to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Additional entries may be disqualified.

5. Entry Requirements

• Entrant must own or have permission to photograph the Audi vehicle featured.
• Photo must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Content must be appropriate and not contain offensive, unlawful, or unsafe material.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these guidelines.

6. Winner Selection

At the end of each monthly Contest period, one (1) winner will be selected based on total engagement on their Instagram post, including:

• Likes
• Comments
• Reposts/shares

The entry with the highest combined engagement, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the winner.

7. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive a prize determined by Sponsor (e.g., gift card, merchandise, or service credit). Prize details may vary each month and will be communicated to the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days following the end of the Contest period.
If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Rights & Usage

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, and display submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, platform errors, or lost/delayed entries.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies.
